Welcome to CONNECT HELP INITIATIVE. By accessing or using our public website, NGO Management Information System (MIS), online donation platforms, volunteer registration systems, or media portals, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Organizational Identity & Purpose
Connect Help Initiative is a registered non-governmental, non-profit organization operating in Nigeria. Our mission is to leverage technology and innovation to improve access to healthcare, education, community development, capacity building, humanitarian support, and empowerment opportunities for underserved communities across Nigeria.
3. Acceptable Use & Portal Security
You agree to use this portal only for lawful non-profit, donor, volunteer, or educational purposes. You agree NOT to interfere with system infrastructure, attempt unauthorized admin access, bypass security controls, or submit deceptive information.
4. Online Donations & Payment Terms
All online donations are voluntary contributions supporting our humanitarian interventions. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, and Stripe). Erroneous duplicate transactions may be reported within 14 days to billin@connecthi.org for verification and refund.
5. Volunteer Engagement & Digital Certificates
Volunteer registration is voluntary and does not constitute an employer-employee relationship. Issued certificates feature a unique cryptographic code verifiable at verify-certificate.php. Falsifying or counterfeiting certificates is illegal and subject to immediate revocation.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Licensing
All content on this portal—including text, software, logos, publications, and M&E frameworks—is owned by Connect Help Initiative. Users may view and download public resources for personal, non-commercial educational use.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This portal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall govern these Terms. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation before submission to binding arbitration in Kano State, Nigeria.
